Patients often struggle with removable restorations such as acrylic or skeleton dentures. We encounter many problems when wearing them.
We are afraid of falling out, shifting, aesthetic effect, and putting on an artificial palate causes us to vomit. You can exchange it endlessly.
Czy ten problem dotyczy również Ciebie? Jesteś nieszczęśliwym posiadaczem jednej z tych protez? Nie pamiętasz już jak to jest jeść i gryźć bez obaw?
What if we told you that we have the perfect solution to your problems?
Thanks to this method, it is possible to rebuild the entire dental arch, both upper and lower, using 4, 6 and 8 implants. If bone conditions are sufficient – only 4 implants!
Doesn’t that sound great?
The end of the long healing process and endless pain!
Teeth installed on implants closely resemble natural teeth.
Implant-supported bridge structures can be screwed to the implants or cemented.
The material from which this superstructure is made can be porcelain or all-ceramic, composite or acrylic. The choice is yours.
The All-on-4 method is used in cases of complete or partial edentulism, residual teeth that no longer have any promise for the future and natural teeth are no longer sufficient pillars to support dentures or make other permanent restorations. But most importantly, they are for anyone who is tired of wearing removable dentures!

What does the process look like?
First, you must come to us for a consultation. Optionally, we will perform hygiene (removal of tartar and deposits), which will allow us to assess the condition of the teeth and gums. Our expert will perform a CT scan to examine the jaw bones. If for some reason we do not recommend making a denture using this method, we will propose another solution and provide a detailed cost estimate for the entire treatment.
In the first stage of the procedure, we attach the implants and remove the residual teeth. In case of insufficient bone conditions, we perform bone reconstruction. Depending on this, this procedure can also be performed free of flap using a previously prepared surgical template in the Simplant program. It allows you to precisely plan and design future work and even prepare a temporary bridge that will be screwed to the implants right after their insertion during the same visit. Thanks to this, you do not have to worry about missing teeth during the healing period. The procedure is painless, more comfortable for the patient, much faster and does not require stitches.
After the implant healing period (approximately 10 weeks), we begin the final work. During this visit, we remove the temporary bridge and take impressions for the final bridge. Our own teeth before the procedure or temporary teeth are used to make a temporary bridge, which we try on in the patient’s mouth, assessing the appearance, aesthetics, sound and bite. If the provisional meets our expectations and all possible corrections have been made in the prosthetic workshop, a porcelain bridge is made. The final work most often rebuilds a full dental arch and has 12 teeth. After the entire process, you will learn exactly how to care for your new, beautiful teeth.
- Research shows that the all-on-4 method is over 98% effective.
- When you take care of your new smile, you can enjoy it for years.
- No more cavities and unsightly teeth!
- Porcelain teeth are resistant to decay, so you don’t have to worry about frequent visits to the dentist.
- The only thing you cannot forget about are check-ups at the clinic and daily hygiene.
- For your denture to serve you for many years, remember to take proper care of it. This work will not be destroyed by bacteria, but poor hygiene or inflammation of the gums may contribute to problems.
- As you can see, with proper care you will enjoy perfect teeth for the rest of your life!
What does the process look like?
There are some cases where these dentures are not recommended. Among other things, if you are:
The all-on-4* concept is a permanent solution to the treatment of edentulism. With standard dentures, you must avoid hard foods. You should also remove your dentures at night and clean them regularly. Thanks to all-on-4, you can enjoy life just as you did when you had your natural teeth.
To perform the implantation procedure, the patient must be in good health, have adequate bone density and be free from any gum diseases. It is also best if the patient is not a smoker. Candidates for all-on-4 implants are most often toothless (have lost all their teeth) or almost toothless.
In most cases, the all-on-4* procedure does not require a bone graft. Special dental implants can be used to directly anchor them in the sinus. However, it is possible that the dentist will suggest performing a bone graft to avoid problems with maintaining the denture all-on-4* concept.
After installing the implants, the time needed to adapt the implant to the gums is usually 4-6 months. During this period, the implant fuses with your bone. After this time, you are ready to install a 12-unit bridge on implants.
The temporary denture is made of acrylic, although some alternative systems exist but are rarely used. The temporary prosthesis can be used for a maximum of 6 months.
We work mainly with implants from Ankylos, Straumann and MIS, which have a lifetime warranty.
After the implantation procedure, you will receive a temporary prosthesis, so you will be able to return to your daily activities immediately after the procedure. After 4-6 months of treatment and implant integration, you will receive a permanent prosthesis.
The implantation procedure itself takes about 2-3 hours for one arch. The entire treatment process takes half a year. After this time, a 12-point bridge mounted on implants is installed.
The all-on-4* concept procedure offers the most natural-looking teeth of all solutions available on the market. The teeth look and feel as comfortable and practical as natural teeth. No one will be able to see the slightest difference!
